The 246 Community Kitchen is staffed by many caring volunteers who work in cooking teams that rotate every week. There are six teams which each have their own chosen names. We have the: Lovin’ Spoonfuls, Beach Plums, Grateful Bread, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rolling Scones, and Limp Brisket.

When the 246 Community Kitchen is open for dinner on a given Tuesday, we have a chopping party on the Monday before from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Wellfleet.
